Around Beeston Castle today

With there being nothing on at Oulton park, I ventured up the road to Beeston and Peckforton. They are HDRs, I really must get myself a set of ND grads. C&C welcome.

#1 for me, I think #2 loses some of the atmosphere with the color. Sorry, #3 & #4 don't do anything for me

I like image number 1 very much, no 2 is OK but prefer the mono. Not keen on the other two.

not too keen on the colouring of 3..

Not keen on any of these. the one with the sheep is best and although the trees are a nice background the sheep feel like the subject - but they are too central and the foreground is cut off stopping you getting a lead in to the shot.

No.1 for me, i like the atmosphere if the image

Is it all HDR? Shame, would look very nice as a normal photograph.
