Art glass

My wife bought a pair of beautiful coloured glass bowls. I thought I'd try and get a detail out of them, but the resultant shot was flat and drab. Then I surrounded one with four very bright lights, and took a macro shot of the bottom of the inside. It brought out details that can't ordinarily be seen.

Hi Tony - a interesting shot and a novel perspective

I like the colour and the framing, but the shot lacks a certain depth..... possible due to unifom light?

Great abstract image! Only thing that bothers me is the light area towards the top.
