Yes
Does anyone know the meanings of the different series designations (VG, PL, MA etc.) for each size of monitor? I'm having to use a fuzzy, small CRT and need to get something ordered over the weekend, and my head's swimming.

Cheers!

Avoid Asus and go for a Dell IPS Panel if youre anything like serious about your photography and colour accuracy.

A bit unfair to say avoid ASUS, ASUS do IPS panels too. :) I know what you mean about getting an IPS panel though, and DELL's pricing in that department is spot on!

Lots of companies do IPS Panels but its universally agreed that no one does them better than Dell especially when its an LG Phillips panel they use.

I had the U3011 and it was very 'glittery' and Dell's service was very poor. Might have been a bad experience though.

Currently using one of the old Apple 30" displays and love it.

The new Hazro 27" seems to be getting good reviews.

The Hazro uses exactly the same LG Phillips panel as used in the 27 inch iMacs and 27 inch Apple cinema display and the Dell U2711 but quite a bit cheaper, Overclockers are flogging the glossy panel for £370 and the Matte for £320
