I've standardised on Arca Swiss for my tripod mounts, an L Bracket, Kirk 1 inch clamps for my Black Rapid etc.
The one thing I am stuck on is how to attach the Kirk 2 inch clamp to my Gitzo G1277M head. I've whipped off the existing clamp (a Manfrotto 410) and am left with a threaded shaft. The threaded hole on the Kirk clamp appears to be 1/4-20 eg tripod size, the shaft on the head is 3/8ths. I've dropped an adaptor into the shaft from 3/8ths to 1/4-20 but now need a bolt to go into the head shaft and up into the Kirk clamp.
Does anyone know where I can get such a thing?
