You're new here, so welcome. But this is gonna hurt.

Its the wrong subject for an HDR and its been done badly. It simply looks like you've pushed all the sliders in Photoshop or Lightroom to the right. The sky is blown.

The before would be much better with a bit of a contrast and vibrance adjustment.

The posted shots are too small for any better crit.

Have another go. And have a look at Pete Carr's tutorial - http://www.vanilladays.com/hdr_tutorial/?PHPSESSID=3ab679964121205e592850db0759928d and take it from there.
 
Judging from the original photo a single exposure would encompass the whole dynamic range.

HDR only works well when the dynamic range is too much for a single exposure to cope with.

Then you can get really good results with the 3 exposure technique.

Or you can go for pseudo HDR using just one exposure to attempt to bring out more detail:

ok i guess i was seeing HDR as something Completely Diffrent going to go to sleep now and wake tomorow and check that tutorial out...

What software did you use to generate the HDR? If we knew that, then we could give you more practical help.
