auto focus motors lens or body?

Which will the camera use if both have focusing motors?

As af-s lens will not have a screw drive so the body will have no option to use its own motor

An AF-S lens has no mechanical coupling to allow it to use the in-body focus motor, so it has to use the in-lens focus motor.

An AF lens has no in-lens focus motor, so it has to use the in-body focus motor.

So which is faster, more accurate?

afs are mostly faster but some non afs lenses are still very quick to focus.

I've used both (eg 50/1.4g & 50/1.4d) and they both seem to focus pretty fast. One thing that bugs me with AF-S lenses is that there is no true infinity stop. If I had a choice between an AF-S and an AF-D I would choose the latter.
