I hadn't done much landscape photography for a while. Was in my element when we went to the Lake District a few weeks back. These were taken about 8am when the sun was breaking through.

Nice shots from a mostly unappreciated corner of the Lake District, particularly like #3.
 
Nice set...lovely light in some.
You might get more comments if you post the full images rather than thumbnails.
 
Thanks everyone. Haweswater is a beautiful place, peaceful and remote and can't wait to go back to the there. Am a newbie to TP where would you post non-thumbnail images?
 
Earlier this year we stayed at the Haweswater hotel. Wonderful views, and a great walk up to High Street.

Hi Sharon, when you upload it gives you the choice of 'thumbnails' or 'full size' images to view. Just click on full size.
 
That's where we stayed last month. Great place will definitely be staying there again
