B+W 10 stop fitting with Lee holder

Morning all.

Invested in Lee holder with wide angle adaptor (77mm) but the 10 stop B+W filter does not allow attachment to the system. Anyone know what is needed to make this piece together?

Thought I'd ask before ordering a random part that will not work.

Screw-in is best for dark ND filters - prevents light leaks around the back that can cause problems. If you have to use multiple filters, best to screw the holder into the front of the ND.
 
Thats the thing, the Lee wide angle adaptor will not allow connection to the screw-in B+W filter:shrug:

So yesterday was holding the ND Grad filters over the 10 stop B+W whilst that was attached to the lens. Not sure if the standard Lee 77mm adaptor will do the job...anyone?
 
Are you sure?
Just tried my Lee 77mm W/A adapter and B/W 10 stop filter and they screwed together no problem.
You do have a genuine Lee W/A adpter?

:thinking: Yeah its genuine going to have a check again now.
 
Im so stupid, it does fit together:lol: I must have had it the wrong way round or something when using it yesterday. Thanks for the input Hoppy and Ceejay:thumbs:
