You havent actually asked for C+C on this, not sure if you even wanted it? If you did, here are my thoughts..
The flash is too harsh, and has left a nasty shadow on his top. Its also caused a small blown out spot on his nose. The background is distracting, (you've caught the corner of the skirting board) and you've cut half his head off!!!!
Go have another go, and focus on the eyes, they are gorgeous

Thanks for the reply I will try and pin him down and get some more. I'm trying to get a more natural look (i think you can call it that) rather than a sitting on a chair staring at a lens look.
