Planning to invest in these as the reviews seem to be fairly good and price is under £50. :)

Wondering if there a better suggestion out there?

I have something similar, but a bit wider at 3m. I don't use it very often but as long as you keep the actual backdrops from creasing they work fine. I don't think mine would be strong enough to be used professionally but for occasional use they are fine. I got mine off ebay for around £70 so the one you've seen looks a good enough price.

Don't regret buying the 2m wide BD if a 2.7/3m one will fit. Especially if you are shooting groups.

If the maximum you can fit is 2m, then go for it.

On the other hand if you are doing portraits using a mobile studio, then the 2 m wide set may be best as you may not have the luxury of using a wider one at the customers own home.
