Backup managment software (for PC)

Hello,



I've done a quick search in here for what you guys use to back up to external HDD's and Time machine or Chorosync has come up a few times.
Unfortunately, I have a laptop running crappy Vista.

any good PC automated backup software out there? (as always preferably free!)
