bad wet clean ?

I was just getting rid of the normal dust bunnies i get on my shots and on this sunset i noticed a hell of a lot more the image was shot at f20 not something i normally shoot at but it looks like its got dried up water marks all over the sensor to me. image is inverted to show it more.

Definitely look like drying marks to me, yes. Who cleaned it?

Bought 2nd hand so unknown ill either take it in to a shop or do it myself

I have read before about the 5DII being bad as my D600. Owning the D600 i have invariably learnt how to clean a sensor lol. Usually after the first wet swipe my sensor looks horrendous, but a couple of fresh pads later all is well.
