I'm going to New York for Christmas, and I'll be taking my 500D, and I'll most likely have the 55-250 attached most of the time, and the kit lens separate.
I tried the Canon 100EG case, but it was too small for even that arrangement.

I'm keen to keep the bag as small as possible. and I'm also pretty used to over the shoulder bags now.

any advise on what I should be looking at as there are so many bags out there?

thank you

My D3 came with a lowepro classified 200 aw which is a lovely bad, great for one body and a few lenses, will also handle a couple of bodies if pushed

I was just looking at the Crumpler Messnger Boy 2500/3000 and the MuffinTop 3000/4000.

Anyone had experience with zoom-attached cameras in these bags?

I like the 'non-camera' look of these bags.

I've just ordered the new Messenger Boy 4000 (same size as old muffin top 7500), so I'll let you all know how it all works out.

Should get it on tuesday. All I need to do now is qualify for the for sale thread so I can sell my 'new' Canon 100EG bag that is now too small :)
