bag advise flipside 300/400

wanting to know from owners of these bags if the fallowing will fit

d700
24-70 2.8
70-200 vr2
85mm 1.4g
50mm 1.8d
batterys,memory cards all camera cables and charger.
ive desided on these bags due to the way they open as im traveling with it the 300 seems alot cheaper,but i was unsure about it holding all of the above.
My other choice was the mini trekker.

any advise is welcome...the bag just needs to be cheap as possible
 
Would be a very tight squeeze (if at all) in the 300 but comfortable fit in the 400.
 
thanks i dont quite get the sizing with alot of yhe bags i expect yhwm to hold more than they/reviews say.
i currently use a slingshot 102aw and at a squeeze i can fit the d700 24-70 85 50 and all my leads/charger ect and ita tiny. i may just take that and keace the 70-200 and flash at home.
or can take the 70-200 and 24-70 only.though not sure i can last 6weeks without a prime...
 
70-200 24-70 and the 50? wouldnt bother with the 85 my self you are doubling up on focal lengths. Tho the 70-200 is kind heavy, your not backpacking are you?
 
The Flipside 400AW is an awesome bag and would easily hold all that camera kit. It's not the best "walkabout camera bag" though, it's not the easiest for taking stuff in and out of while wearing it. I use mine mainly when I'm doing landscapes, and so doing lots of walking - once I find a location and the bag comes off and I set up my tripod and access the bag off the ground etc. I picked mine up from Jessops in January for about £45 (bargain!).

For walking around cities, etc, I use a shoulder bag, recently the Hadley Pro, but once you count in the 70-200 I'd want a rucksack type bag.

i should have bought one earlier as the price seems to have doubled and im extreamly short of cash now or would just buy on anyway.
ive also left it abit short to deside/find what i want as i leave next friday :)

i had thought about a messenger style bag but wasnt sure how well they were padded(when im there i wont be taking everything when out and about) but need something padded/big enough for carrying everything on the plane
 
I have the 400AW. I find it very easy to slide round and access on the move. the advice is always to try a bag when you can...

card, batteries, hoods, cables blah blah...

It takes a huge amount really for its very compact size...

I have a messenger as well that takes a load of kit but I find I leave it at home as all the weight on 1 shoulder isn't very nice for a long day of walking about...

My flipside 300 regular load is:
body (D700/D7000) with either 80-200 or 300 f4 attached;
in the side compartments, a 70mm macro and a 28-75mm f2.8;
internal top zip compartment holds nested hoods and a teleconverter (room enough for a charger as well).

There are times when I wish I'd bought a 400 instead; but where do you stop ? You can't carry everything or the weight becomes serious. A bit of forethought and discipline is required I find.

The bag is pretty good for comfort over a few hours, but I wish I could remember where I discarded the cross chest strap !
