Bag choice for 1D mkII and 100-400 lens.

Hi all,

Looking for some assistance here...

I now do quite a bit of motorsport photography with my 1D mkII and Canon 100-400L.

My question is...is there a holster type bag for this combo? If so have any of you used it and how did you get on with it?
