Right, I have broken my el cheapo jessops bag and need to buy a new shoulder bag. Any recommendation for a 40d, couple of lenses and associated gubbins. Also, is there anywhere in west London I can actually go and look at a decent selection of bags?

The Lowepro Nova AW bags are very nice, you will prob need to get the 180 or 200 though to get your gear in.

I currently have the 160 which I love, it isn't huge, but I can get a body with 17-85 attached & my 70-300 in there as well which is ideal for me.

Just an update, I got a Lowepro Nova AW 180 from warehouseexpress for £39.99 as it was brown rather than black- which adds £5 on to the price! All my stuff fits with room to spare- could probably squeeze another smallish lens in at a push.

I purchased the Kata 3N1-30 a couple of months ago, it takes all my lenses (except the 500mm 4.5 Sigma) and 2 bodies, plus flash and accessories. The best thing about it is the flexibilty - I can wear it like a rucksack on the walk in, then change the straps to the cross-body style and sling it around to get at the gear. An excellent design.
