Hi,

I finally got a Wacom Bamboo Pen & Touch yesterday (my birthday) and I've really enjoyed playing with it so far - even if it's uses are limited on a PC running XP without Photoshop or Lightroom on it! However, I just have one problem with it so far which I noticed when using it on Photoshop on a different PC yesterday.

The cursor on PS is almost invisible at times and, when I'm trying to do precise work, I keep finding the cursor disappearing when I use "brush" or "pencil". Is there any way to change the colour of the cursor from white with a black outline?

Secondly, what would people recommend using as a case for it? It's picking up dust like nobody's business at the moment!

This is a known issue with NVidia cards and Photoshop. I'd suggest installing the latest graphics driver (make sure you fully uninstall the existing one first).

First though you could try reducing the hardware accelleration first by just one notch off the full.

A case for the tablet? Mine sits on my desk permanently :) No cover....

I have removed hardware acceleration - problem solved!

You don't need to remove it - just turn down one notch :) Glad I could help.

Just one more issue with the tablet. I'd love to write letters on it (handwritten letters to family etc). Is there any software which I can write onto "lines" on the PC to keep my writing straight?

Not sure? To be honest I never use it for that. Easier typing :)
