Nicely isolated against the background but you have some camera shake going on there.Try upping the iso and in turn your shutter speed to eliminate this and you have a winner.

Thank you Mike. I do have shaky hands and even with the VR I have had this problem before. I will try a higher ISO. With my D60 I used to get a lot of noise with higher ISO but maybe my new D90 will be better.
