Help! Banned IP Address

Hi,

I’ve just tried to log on from my home WiFi
and it says my IP Address has been banned.

Is there any reason for this, anything I can do to fix it?

Obviously I can still log on on my phone through 5g but not WiFi.

Any help/guidance much appreciated.

Thanks for getting back to me.

When I go to the site it shows 2 addresses

IPv6 2001:4860:7:63::fe
And
IPv4 166.1.126.17

Could it be a vpn open, it nearly always blocks me until I turn it off.

I can't see that IP on our ban list, are you using a VPN (or Apple/Safari which defaults to Apple's own VPN)
