bargain or not sigma 24-70mm f/2.8

Just bought Sigma 24-70mm f/2.8 EX DG Macro Lens from ebay paid 250 + 10 postage includes a 82mm Marumi polariser filter. Anybody used a Marumi filter are they better or worse than say Hoya, more to the point do you think it was a bargain

I bought one new from Jessops for £240...without a filter, that was almost a year ago! But with all the price increases I guess it isn't too bad

only bought last night deal went through at midnight just spotted one on here for 225 plus two filters damm i have been looking for last couple of weeeks on here never mind. just hope its ok when it arrives
