Batch processing 'captions'

Hi,
I have to submit quite a few shots to my agency with info in both cation and filename. I am using photoshop elements 5 and there is batch processing but it only seems to work on the file renaming. I wondered if there was something where I can put the same caption on all the photos. Ie Tom Cruse 30.07.2010. Film awards London. [I wish!]

Create an action in photoshop/ elements to add the text to a batch of photos.

You need to open your first image
The make a new preset and press record.
"If needed, Image -> Canvas Size and create a border to place the caption in"
Then make a text box and type the text you want.
Then link the two layers together
then align (now chose where you want it placed, eg. centre, right, bottom)
Then press Stop recording and then;

File -> Batch and apply that action to every photo in a specific folder.
