Good afternoon all

Im in Bath this week and while the weather isn't great to looks like I might have a small window on Tuesday morning so looking for location suggestions within an hour of Bath?

Milkyway with a nice foreground

My first thought was and is still cheddar gorge but open to some ideas

Cheddar Gorge sort-of faces the wrong way really.

The Mendips in general are pretty dark though so Ubley Warren, the lone tree at Waldergrave Pool/Stockhill woods, Priddy Village Green, I'm not 100% if Pensford Viaduct is suited for this time of the year, Chew Valley Lake..... Otherwise I'd be thinking of the Avebury/Cherhill White Horse area or possibly Stonehenge (but that is better a bit later in the season) because of Salisbury.

I've never tried Glastonbury Tor.
