Battery Grip what the difference

I cant find what the difference are between these battery grip

Canon BG-E2
Canon BG-E2N

I believe that the BG-E2N is only a slight modification so it will work with the 50D as well as the 20, 30 and 40 whereas the BG-E2 only works with the 20, 30 and 40D

E2N is weather sealed, E2 is not.

Not quite Rick.....

The N version has better weather sealing. Both will work with the 50D (I use the standard version on mine).

Can't honestly remember, I had three of them on 30D's a while back and just popped one onto the 50D when I got it.
