Yes
I hope this doesn't break any forum rules but I am a huge fan of badly translated instructions and whilst checking on battery performance for 7Ds I came across this. I won't name the site where I found it but I was in tears...

"* Carefulness read narrate book of battery, use commendatory battery.
* When necessity is clean with the wet cloth mop, after dry loads according to the correct polar direction.
* Don't make new and old or different model battery put off.
* Don't try to make Canon lp-e6 battery rebirth use hot up, charge, or other way.
* Don't hot up digital camera battery for Canon or loss it in water.
* Electro-adapter should cut switch after use.
* Should take off battery from adapter when battery long time no use .
* Battery should stock in cool place, and dry."

So, find your wet cloth mop and attempt rebirth, well worth doing

I'm sorry but I thought I understood english. Maybe I've just developed dyslexia or something similar. Either that or it's the proverbial double dutch.

Haha modchild. I've been a fan of appalling translation since my first trip to Greece and seeing a taverna with a huge sign saying "25 years in international gastronomy taste". I found some more about 7D batteries today...

"battery is integrated with innumerable elements that are effectively positive" - nothing negative about it there then.

"Rechargeable EOS 7D batteries is quite effortless to be utilized. The user just demands to recharge them once more and once more."

"return this incomparable EOS 7D battery for canon back to space temperature" - I have to launch it into space?

"The user has to shop this 7D battery away from heat" - so don't buy them in the summer?

Love it :)

Love it! We once had a self-assembly wardrobe that instructed to 'fit the upper bottom'.
