very dark and the group dressed up for Halloween so i went for effect

I have to agree with Dee,

I like the composition though, the PP takes alot away from the DOF. I can't explain why, but having the photographer in the backfround like that really works for me. Maybe its the way there is a catchlight in the lens..

Its hard to comment because the PP makes it look to fake i'm affraid. Can we see the origional?

Being a fellow Oxford boy here's my tuppence worth....

I LOVE the first one. I know the PP is extreme but for me it makes a really interesting piece of art rather than a photo - I'm sure the band would love it. Extreme effects aren't for everyone and generally I'm not a fan but this is good.
