Beauty shots from today

So I am starting to get grips with the studio and understanding it more now!

Here is a couple of quick edits I done on some photos today. This was an alexander mcqueen inspired shoot.

I love the second one that's really nice but the first while I love the processing it's a fraction to tightly framed I'd like to see just a little space round her elbow and hear

Nice shot, but looks like the lipstick could have been better applied as it looks a little sloppy...

1. For me, my eyes keep going to the arm and shoulder because it takes up a significant amount more of the frame than the face. I think you should crop this and reduce the amount of arm. If you crop just above the watch, you'll have a MUCH stronger beauty image.

2. I think some lights to accent the hair and separate her from the background could have worked well to show off the hair piece. At the moment she fades/blends into the background a little.

Keep on practicing, these are alright; you'll improve quickly

I love the first picture but I think I would prefer to go to a square crop just beneath her bracelet to help concentrate on her face rather than her long arm
