Can't see much wrong with that shot (at screen resolution and size). Colours a bit garish for my tastes but nature's like that sometimes!
 
Have you used those cheap macro filters that screw straight onto the lens as you have a bit of fringing going on which is indicative to those filters. The main subject looks good and you hit the focus just where it needs to be. Pretty good I think. ;)

I'd love to see a higher resolution shot - what does the detail look like on the eyes, mandibles, etc? Those claws look spot on to me and I agree with the others regarding cropping closer - the bee is a bit too central for my tastes.
