At work we have all been set a challenge we have to take a pic which includes a caption relating to these 4 words

Exceptional
Excellence
Focus
Commitment

My brain just isn't switched on and can't think what would/should be taken in any of the above.

Any direction will be great.
 
Commitment, lone bloke in the office, only his light on at this work station? bit cliche but it could work?

Focus, Someone working away blissfully un aware of the chaos going on around them perhaps? train/subway station?

find some ants, we have loads but have just been nipponed
 
Excellence, maybe you could find a new building next to an old/damaged/falling down sort of one ? give some contrast of something good with something not so good perhaps

Something to do with sport, or acheivement at a high level. WHat job do you do, out of interest, I never get asked to do things like this.

its an IT role in the research technology research industry. Office based.

Well according to the TV just take a photo of a Honda car. Jobs a good un. No I don't own nor work for Honda :)

wouldn't you need a shallower depth of field with just 'focus' in focus?

Commitment - marriage photo or better still a golden wedding couple? Pic of your grandmother and grandad?
 
yes possible with the shallow depth, i will give that a try this evening. the pic above i kinda tried to get the word focus and the words below, like reflection, defined, clear and definition etc all in focus.

still bare in mind its a bridge cam taking these pics as i haven't got my hat together and bought a DLSR.

thats brilliant, what a cool way to answer their challenge but stick two fingers up at at the same time haha. very good idea.

Update, The picture i submitted came runner up and will get a bottle of champagne wahooo.
