Hi! 
Take photos of anything and everything you can first! You could easily go into a shop and blow thousands on buying every accessory and lens known to man, but there's not much point if it won't be used.
Once you've spent a few days, weeks, months etc shooting, you'll soon work out what you want. You might want to take photos of things further away (so a telephoto lens will best suit you), or you might like taking photos of very small things (so a macro lens will be most useful). If you like long exposures and landscapey things then a tripod and remote release would be a good investment. Most people have kit tailored to what they shoot, as to own the best kit for every situation would be overkill most of the time, and require the selling of homes, children, non-vital organs etc etc
If money's no option, then go out and buy the lot (
), but for most of us the better thing to do would be to spend some time shooting, and see what it is that will help you progress. And remember to post up your shots for advice here
