Hi, has anyone done the 2.5hr cruise on the YB? not the RSPB one but the standard they YB run themselves? I am working in Sheffield later this month and booked a B&B at Bempton for the Friday and Saturday night along with the boat trip on Saturday.

What lenses did you take? do you see any diving gannets? I know they dont do that specific trip until July / August but wondered what to expect?

Any other suggestions for that weekend for wildlife would be greatly appreciated.

Yes, I have done the cruise, and no I didn't take a camera. Sometimes it's nice just to sit back, relax, and take in the view.

You may see some porpoise around Flamborough Head.
