I spent a fabulous 6 days at the Ranthambhore National Park India looking for the Bengal tiger, we did 11 safari drives altogether. 18 sighting in total of 9 different tigers.

Great shots. I like the fact that he's / she's looking right at you, thinking. "sigh! here we go again. "

A beautiful set of image, no.3 is a cracker and my favorite. (y)

They are fab images, would love to see a wild tiger.

Was there any other wildlife to keep you occupied whilst on the hunt or is a rather specialised trip?

I went there and the closest to a Tiger I got was some Tiger shi7. We saw some bizzare blue tinged member of the deer family run across our Jeep.

Also there was a crocodile where we stayed (Khem Villa's) and it made some scary noises.

Saw a cormorant dive and get a frog and proceed to eat it. So overall there is plenty of other wildlife out there....

The trip was bases around maximising the chances to see a tiger but there was lots of other wildlife to be seen around the park.

A beauty indeed, lovely images :)

What a gorgeous animal, I love the images composition and content but they look really oversharpened, may be my monitor.

Super poses but the are all way oversharpened and your copyright through the middle spoils them

No 2 reprocessed and cropped as a portrait could look fablulous

Stan

Agree above, all over-sharpened, and like Stan, I thought the copyright spoilt them a bit too.
I loved India, and you clearly did well in your sightings, we did a couple of parks, but one of the main ones "Kanha", we didn't see anything in 5 x 4 hour drives - so it's never guaranteed!! - we did have a great Sloth bear encounter though!

Cheers all. Agree they all look over sharpened. I sharpened then in photoshop to 75. radius of 2. They look great cropped and printed.
