Best batteries for Metz 45 flash?

Hi
Could anyone give me some advice as to which batteries are best for a Metz 45 flash gun?
I have been using Ansmann 1.2v NiMH rechargeable batteries but the recycle time between flashes takes ages and the charge runs down very quickly.
Any advice would be great!
 
Hi, Rechargeable "Duracell 2400 mAh" work pretty good in my 45 CT5.
