On occasion, I record a DVD photo slideshow for members of the family, less often a film.
I always use the same software, but occasionally, the slideshow (or film) 'sticks' into the sequence, on various family members DVD player.
I think it has probably more to do with the quality of the blank DVD, the flea-bay ones that are a 1,000 for a fiver are totally crap.
I did manage consistency with a maxell gold brand (DVD+R, 16 speed) a couple of years ago, so bought a similar maxell brand just recently, but some of them seem to stick.
Anyone any recommendations for a brand that provides a consistently good (i.e. non-sticking) recording
