best canon compact for under £200...??

as above, thinking about getting a more portable camera for everyday use for the mrs etc...

want to know the best one image/iq wise for under £200
also wouldnt mind hd video too..

i did the same thing for my missus at christmas... she uses it every so often but most of the time will pry my SLR from my hands...

I would go for an SX130is, the Mrs has a 120is and gets on well with it and it takes some cracking shots as well, the 130is has only just come out and has an updated feature set. cost is about £160.
