It's for my old man, it could do with a nice large and clear screen, simple to use with good image quality. Not fussed about any manual features particulary.

I hear the Fuji FD range is good?
 
i just bought a nikon coolpix s210 for the mrs.

its an good camera for the price.

pictures are good, easy to use, huge screen at the back and it has VR in built too.

also it comes in a choice of colours too
 
Will take a look, couple of other people have suggested the Canon PowerShot A590 IS anyone own one of those?
