Best Compact for Approx £150

Merry Xmas to all.

Recently bought a Nikon S220 which takes the worst digital pictures i have ever seen! so we are after a compact for around the £150 mark ready for our hols in Vegas in a few months.

For info i'm letting our daughters have the nikon as i could not sleep at night knowing i sold that camera to someone.

So please let the recommendations begin and even better if can get something in the sales.

Ive got a Canon Powertshot A480 and its a crackin little thing!! Handy, small, kind to batteries and whacks a 10mp punch!
 
I say lumix tz6, they don't have much in terms of manual settings but there a scene mode for everything and the auto mode is out of this world, and a serious lens.

Not so good for learning the technical side of photography, but great for getting those great shots when you want them.
 
Panasonic FX150 is what i have, has manual and raw modes, fairly large sensor and 14mp. Downside is only 3.6x zoom but not really hindered my use.
 
Think the Lumix TZ6 is favourite, looking for best price approx £180 from Amazon.
