Best compact for B&W?

I'm after a compact for B&W and would prefer one with low noise reduction, or being able to turn noise reduction off.
It doesn't have to have RAW, incase that limits the choice.
Budget is around £250.

Used G10 - fabulous camera but a bit noisy over 400. No, ou can't have mine.

LX3 - might be a bit over budget but has amazing "dynamic b&w".

ricoh gx200 has raw and more its a bit out of the ordinary though but a great camera

I ended up with a Ricoh GR Digital in mint condition off ebay for £160.
