Best Gloves for Photographers?

As the title says, i'm looking for a pair of gloves to use while i'm taking landscape shots. I have a lot of mountains in my area, and nearly every weekend i climb one with my camera gear, but my hands always get too cold. I've tried wearing gloves to keep my hands warm but they always seem to hinder me when i'm using my controls. Are there any gloves out there that are designed for photographers or that would keep my hands warm while allowing me to keep dexterity in my fingers? What do you use ?
 
I've a pair of lowepro gloves which are great, keep my hands warm, but allow me to use camera okay.
 
North face etip gloves,very comfortable and also have silver patches on thumb and forefinger enabling you to use touch screen phones or tablets without removing your gloves.

I have some Karrimor liner gloves and while they have good feel, on thier own, warm they are not.

Currently I have some neoprene fishing gloves with fold back fingers on the index and thumb. They work and are warm but the neoprene isn't really flexible enough.

The Stealth Gear gloves look nice and I am contemplating some for next winter.
 
I use a couple of pairs of cycling gloves. Open fingered ones when it's fairly chilly and full fingered ones when it's downright cold. They are thin enough to give you full control of the camera but thick enough to keep your hands warm. Both pairs have patches of non slip material on the palms to make sure you don't risk dropping the camera and both pairs were under a tenner a pair.
 
Just mind the North Tip ones are not waterproof.

I bought Sealskin ones.
 
got a pair of work gloves off the market, grippy surface on the inside and thermal lining on outside, not waterproof , but keep wind off , bargain at £2.50, just needed to get a "smaller" size to stop movement inside glove.
 
I use Altura gloves. They're cycling gloves essentially, for spring conditions therefore quite thin microfleece. They have a rubber pad on the palm and rubber strips running along the underside of each finger and thumb allowing non slip grip. They're thin enough to allow you to feel your way around buttons but warm enough for mild sub zero temperatures. I've never suffered from cold fingers when out and about but if you're off to northern Norway they may not be enough.

I got a pair of pearl izumi thermal gloves recommended by a running mag. Used them in Norway and worked very well - inside mittens with warmers when it was -20 but fine by themselves for several hours one morning at -6.

Never had any issues using the camera with them (except changing a battery in darkness at 3am)
 
I use Trekmates Grippi. They're liner gloves but work fine for me and keep my hands toasty warm while allowing me to operate my camera or anything else like driving.
You can always put a pair of woolys over the top for more warmth. :)
 
I just pick up a couple of pairs of woollen fingerless gloves from Claire's accessories. They are only about £2 a pair and have a mitten finger part that be buttoned back. If it's super cold, I just wear 2 pairs.

Also my Dad wanted some fishing gloves for Xmas and I found some great leather biker gloves on ebay for less than £5. Unfortunately I struggled to find any lined fingerless gloves though (I searched for about 4 hours!)
 
I use a £2 pair of fingerless gloves from one stop. They work perfect!
