Best inexpensive adapter for Nikon -micro 4/3

I need an adapter for my Nikon 50mm and my Nikon 24mm prime lenses. so that I can use them on my G1 and GF1. Any suggestions as to best inexpensive (can't afford Novaflex) one to get. I will only be using lenses with aperture ring so wouldn't need the one with aperture locking ring.

You could buy the Lensbaby tilt/shift adaptor which can be a straight Nikon adaptor AND create wicked tilt/shift photos, not really cheap though.

Or just buy some £20 bit of metal of ebay like everyone else.

Lensbaby definately outside my budget. Yes but which is the best supplier on ebay to get cheap one from. Are they all the same item?
 
Not bought this adapter but j have a few others. Basically they are very simple devices so there's not much to go wrong really. I've had no problems just buying the cheapest adapter from sellers with good feedback on eBay.

I was just a bit worried as on dpreview some people said that they couldn't release the pin and had to push a screwdriver in. Did you have any problem?

Heard similar stories about cheap extension tubes from the bay getting stuck on the camera.:thumbsdown:

Can't comment on cheap ones but I bought a Metabones adaptor from here on ebay and was very impressed by the quality and service. Mine was for Leica to Nex but I would think the Nikon to M4/3 would be the same quality.

Nope. You don't want to be listening to people on dpreview - they could win the lottery then whine they didn't win enough. ;)

(I'm sure it's possible but very unlikely imo)

Yes I saw those but don't know whether it's worth investing £55 for something I might not use very often.
 
srb near luton sell them, i use the canon lenses to m4/3 version and if i wanna use my nikon 50mm f1.8 i use the nikon to canon adapter as well.

wish i knew about this place before forking out for olympus' own version of the OM adapter, doh...

I'm just wondering though if this is one they actually make or one imported from China like the ones of ebay. If so then £39.95 is expensive. On the other hand if UK manufactured it may be a good price. Unfortunately they don't give much information what it is made of i.e brass or aluminium.
