Beginner best laptop for photoshop

I'm looking at getting a new laptop but need some advice as there are so many to chose from. I want one specifically for photography and want it to be good for photoshop.
I've been looking at the dell xps 15 but its just so expensive.
any advice welcome.
 
What kind of budget were you thinking of? It would help so people can give you good advice otherwise you will just get lots of suggestions way beyond what cost you were thing of.
 
It does depend on you budget, generally speaking the more you spend the faster you get. That being said I have just supplied a Lenovo s340 to a customer for LR/Photoshop with external 2Tb drive for storage. (Imports raw to SSD, edits then saves to external) for £500 !

Adobe minimum specs for LR/PS are relatively low at 2Ghz CPU, 4Gb Memory and 2Gb Disk plus Windows 10 and Direct-x 12 - so this latest 10th Generation Intel i5 is a good performer for the bucks !
