Firstly, There is no 24mm f1.8 macro lens.
Secondly, what type of macro are you shooting? products/jewellry? bugs?
Thirdly, what is your budget?
fourthly, walkabout lens will again depend on budget.
For a macro lens I would look at the Tamron 90mm f2.8 macro and for walkabout I would look at the Tamron 17-50mm f2.8

For bugs you'll be better off with longer length as mention tamron 90mm is an excellent choice in my opinion, I also owned the 30mm macro super sharp little lens but for insects and bugs you have to get so close it's not the best choice

You could always get the sony 30mm f2.8 macro second hand for around £140 and then get some extension tubes.
That will sort out your walkabout and macro lens problem.
Or alternatively look at the new sony 35mm f1.8
That will sort out your walkabout and macro lens problem.

Sigma do a 28-300 in minolta fit with macro. So do Tamron. They're not anywhere near as close as a dedicated macro but as a walk about lens you can go anywhere with that range. I got an older heavy tamron for about £70 recently. The sigma version is usually more expensive. I'm lazy so I like just having one lens that does everything just about.
The 50mm minolta 1.7 is a beauty. Well worth buying. Could add extension tubes to that? Not sure whether you'd be nose to nose with the subject though.
There's a lot to be said for walking around with a prime and using your feet for a zoom control
If I get a chance I'll go out later today and see how close you can get with the 28-300 macro. Min focussing distance is about 50cm.
Most zoomed in and closest I could get:
