I'm not at the moment. It's a temporary (and lazy) solution.

I have a diffusion solution on the way, which should make it easier. Going down the Jon Hallmen route, hopefully it will help.

The semi - ringflash is excellent for catchlights on the jumpers and for non reflective subjects, albeit with the flatness issue to balance it.
