Here it is, the competition thread. As most of you know, Matthew (@MWHCVT) was unable to make it at the weekend and was truly gutted about it. So, by way of compensation, and via his TheNightSchool training courses, he has offered some small but rather good prizes for the top three photos of the weekend as voted for by you, the members.

The rules are quite simple

  • ONE photo per member posted on this thread
  • Thread will close on Sat 31st May [so nearly two weeks to decide on your photo and get it entered]
  • Voting will be open for a week
  • There is prize for those voted in 1st, 2nd and 3rd place, which Matthew will send directly to you.

The competition is open to everyone that attended the event.

I think this was the best of the ones I took at the meet. Hopefully Flickr hasn't messed up the sharpening etc too much and that the full size version is clickable throughable!

TBH The photos I took were just like everyone else's, except this one.

I was only able to attend on the Sunday morning but fortunately got to participate in Ryan's Off Camera Flash tutorials and try out my XPRO-1 using the Nikon flashguns. Here is one of the 4 shots I took.
