Best place to look for studios to rent?

I'm new here. I was just wondering where you would suggest looking for studio spaces?

We're in Scotland and have no clue where to start the process?

Setting up a business. We do mainly on location and client's houses but ideally we want a studio.

If you are looking at making your own studio and need space to rent/buy for that then it may be worth speaking with your local development agency and local council. They can often help/advise and even supply properties for sensible money.

I've seen a few studios in those buildings on industrial estates which let rooms to separate businesses.
