Think you may have a problem on the Chase after birds, too many places to hide in the thick tree cover. Better may be the open spaces on the outer edge of the tree cover. There are a number of pools on the Chase that may bet visits for drinking.
You may be able to photograph Deer if you are prepared to walk in the quieter areas.
