For a 5D3 the best deals would be at www.panamoz.com http://panamoz.com/index.php/digita...eos-5d-mark-iii-digital-camera-body-only.html and you can get a 5% discount if you email the customer service department and pay by bank transfer. Quick delivery, usually 3 to 4 days and great service.
If you want to buy in the UK then Hdew Cameras http://hdewcameras6-px.rtrk.co.uk/canon-eos-5d-mark-iii-body-961-p.asp will take some beating. I bought mine from them and I got a 3 year warranty. They also give great service and usually a similar delivery time as Panamoz.
As for the 1Ds3 then,apart from keeping an eye on the classifieds on the forum, maybe have a look at MPB Photography (use the link at the top) as they are a very reliable second hand dealer. Apart from that I have no idea as to where you would get one, try ebay if you dare, but I can highly recommend the 5D3.
