best program for tilt shift?

[rampanthamster]

i've been mucking about with tilt shift over the past couple of days using http://tiltshiftmaker.com , but i was wondering if there was a slightly more advanced (free??) program available that i could use. Google throws up a load of choices and i'm loathed to go through them all. I have tried 'tiltshiftgenerator' but don't think much of it...

thanks!

is this tilt shift as in... making the image look like a 'model village' scenario. or tilt shift as in making all your verticals straight in an image?

The only way to get tilt/shift is with a tilt/shift lens.

When you realise that the fake-t/s effect is a gradient blur, then there are many photo editors that can achieve this effect.

the model village type one. I know everyone's at it these days, but it's quite fun now and again. I'm just looking for a little dedicated program to achieve the effect without too much hassle.
