Best scanner for negatives ?

I'm looking for nice scanner so i can rescan and print my photos larger basically. I got a budget of about £150. I flatbed one would be nice but not a necessity. Thanks
 
Epson V500 is pretty good and within budget.
 
Epson V500 or Canoscan 8800F at that price point. Pretty much anything on film from my Flickr account has been scanned on a 8800F - nice hardware, slightly flimsy neg. carriers for the 120 films, and the bundled software is good (silverfast SE) but the instructions are only thinly translated from "Zer Cherrmannn" so if you miss a step out in scanning, you may find yourself sat onboard a tank rolling into Poland :)
 
I used the Canon 8800F to scan all my negs about 18 momths ago. It's been replaced with the 9000F which is about 175 quid.
