Having just received my new Lee NDgrads I want to make sure they're well protected when out & about so wondered how people store theirs..

So far I've come across the Lee 10 filter pouch, the Lee 3 filter pouch and the Lowepro S&F Filter Pouch 100

I'd like something not too bulky ideally, both the 10 filter options look a bit on the large side unfortunately though

Would appreciate people's expereince of any of the above - or other options?

thanks

Simon

I have the 10 filter pouch (Lee). It is bulky and heavy when 7 or 8 filters, are in there but the pouch keeps them all together and very well protected.

Highly recommended.

Where do you guys keep your rings and foundation kit type stuff?

I have another 3 filter pouch where I keep filter cleaning liquid, cloth and holder.

I only use one ring (77mm) and keep that attached to the holder. You could easily store several rings in one of these though...

I have 2 Lee Filters Cloth Triple Wraps [one for the softs and one for the hards]. They're useful as they also double as cleaning cloths. These are then just kept in the camera bag.

I have the 10 filter pouch also and find it great... one drawback is the fact that when you are putting the filters in or taking them out you nearly scrape them across the zip at the top :O

There was quite a comprehensive thread about this last year, which might be worth a search for.

I currently use the Lee triple pouch (although I'm not convinced about storing three filters in it, due to the front/back faces not being padded, like the middle dividers.

I can't see myself carrying more than 3 filters, so will either get the triple wrap thing and keep filters in the triple pouch, with CPL in the middle soft section and adaptors etc in one of the non padded areas, or just get a second triple pouch.
