Best Weather for Sunrise

Hi,

I am looking to do some sunrise photo's and I am trying to find out when is going to be a good day to do it.

Looking at www.weather.co.uk the weather varies from Mostly Cloudy to Partialy Cloudy to Scattered Showerrs.

Can anyone recommend a good forcast?

From everything I can see the advice seems to be to look out for high cloud for the best sunrise / sunset. Difficult to do while you're waiting for the sun to come up though! I guess there's a fair bit of guess work and luck involved.
 
Easier to spot as you get older. Watch forecasts and weather, you begin to learn over time when a likely window of opportunity will appear. By the time you are 70 you will have it sussed!
